In particular, the personal data of those who fill in the forms found in the pages of the Site are collected. Data controller. We inform you that your personal data acquired through the Site will be treated, as Data Controller, by the company SOFCA S.r.l., with registered office in Settimo Torinese (TO), via A. de Francisco 129.

Processing methods. Your personal data will be processed in paper and electronic form, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, using security measures to guarantee their confidentiality and to prevent the loss, destruction, modification, unauthorized access or disclosure of personal data.
The personal data acquired through the Site will be deleted once the purpose of their collection has ceased, therefore, after your requests for information have been processed or documents have been sent or after your requests for stopping promotional communications.

The provision of data by you is mandatory when necessary to process your requests, so failure to enter these data will not allow us to fulfill your requests, and optional in other cases, such as to send you information or promotional communications about our business, so failure to provide it will not allow us to carry out these activities.
Rights of the interested party. At any time, you may exercise your right to access your personal data (to know the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are communicated and if they are residents of third countries, the data retention period), to request the rectification, cancellation - in the foreseen cases - of the limitation of the processing or to oppose their treatment, as well as the right to request the portability of the data, directing your request to the Data Controller, to the above address of the registered office, or to the e-mail address email@example.com.
Right to object to marketing activities. In particular, you have the right to object at any time to the processing that our company should do with your personal data for direct marketing purposes and, consequently, any communications of a commercial and advertising nature cannot be made, through the use of e-mail or telephone. The procedures for the exercise of this right are the same as those described in the previous paragraph "Rights of the interested party", or those indicated at the bottom of our emails to obtain the cancellation.
Withdrawal of consent.
